Elvis was charged with "assault and battery" over an incident at a Gas Station where a man (verbally initially and then physcially) attacked Elvis. Elvis hit him...right in the face. Elvis was charged and the case went before the Judge (along with many fans and the "press") and after hearing both sides the Judge concluded that there was NOT "enough evidence" against Elvis so...case DISMISSED!
